1.1.2 Avoid winding the roll
When the plate belt with a warped head passes through, it passes through the gap between the rolls due to improper operation, and the roll turns the plate belt around the work roll or the support roll, which directly leads to the aluminum adhesion, chromium loss and damage of the work roll, which will cause the bending of the work roll.
During the operation of the equipment, do not send sand cloth, small aluminum block and other sundries into the leveler machine or between the work roll and the support roll, otherwise it may cause chromium loss or bending of the work roll.
1.1.3 Correct roll surface lubrication
Correct roll surface lubrication, clean the roll surface before the production of each aluminum roll, need to spray solvent in production to spray solvent form mist, and pay attention to the amount of spraying solvent, prevent the permeability permeability, bearing grease bearing box, cause poor lubrication, the bearing rotation and heating, lose the original precision, seriously damage the bearing, deviation from the correct bearing, with the work roll shaft point contact, bite and hurt the work roll chrome layer.
1.1.4 Avoid improper operation of the machine
During the production process, the coupling and the work roll or gear shaft sometimes fall off. If not stopped in time, the coupling rotates disorderly, breaking or bending the work roll or gear shaft journal, resulting in the transverse aluminum adhesion of the work roll. In the start, stop and operation of the equipment, the speed of the tension leveler machine and other equipment is improper, the belt in a short time, easy to bend the leveling roll body. Especially, after the completion of production, resulting in the plate (belt) lost tension, the straight roll bending or cause transverse aluminum adhesion.
1.1.5 Avoid improper straightening operation
Improper straightening operation is easy to damage the straightening roll. Straightening process should be all work roll basically work at the same time, if the pressure adjustment is not the overall pressure, but only by the exit, entrance or middle several work roll straightening, will make the work roll straightening load doubled, work roll off chromium or sticky aluminum, serious damage work roll surface, straightening machine failure. 1.1.6 Correct equipment maintenance
After each roll change, the work roll must be re-polished to avoid diameter differences and poor surface quality. Frequent roll changes should be avoided to maintain proper alignment. If the shaft neck wears or the coupling loosens, improper gap adjustment can affect the tension leveler’s stability and reduce its lifespan. Also, if the needle roller bearings are unevenly sized, it will shorten their lifespan.
1.2 Use information of the roll system of maintenance 23 roll tension leveler
After the straight roll is installed and used, the user department shall implement quality tracking, and fill in the quality tracking feedback Form of Equipment / Spare Parts and timely feedback the quality information to the infrastructure equipment department.
After each batch of straightening roll installation, record the use time, problems, maintenance, polishing and chrome plating in detail on the straightening roll use ledger.
After each batch of straightening rollers is installed, the maintenance department records the straightening roll information on the passing statistical table of the straightening roll products, and the production team will record the passing volume of each shift.
